All design work is the property of Measured by the Heart Blog Design.  No work will be duplicated but I do reserve the right to use the design in promotional materials and for advertising. 

Payment is due before work commences.  All payments are to be made by paypal.

If additional design items or digital scrapbooking kits are required, they are not covered in the design price and are added to your bill and due before work commences.

Work is guaranteed installed and all links to function.  Once blog design is loaded and working clients have 24 hrs to make changes.  All design work will be loaded onto your blog.

 Original design work files will be sent to you to save on your hard drive.  Measured by the Heart Design does not save client designs.  It is highly recommended you keep track of the Original files sent to you with installation.

If you require reinstallation or additional design work there will be a seperate charge for this.

Design credit needs to be placed on your blog in a visible area as long as you are using the design.  A button will be provided for this purpose.

Some photo editing work may not be able to be performed.  Some edits won't  work depending on the quality of photos or what you want done.  I will let you know before work commences if I think there may be a problem.  If you need a head swapped out or other work of this variety you must supply the additional photos. 

Invitations are sent to you as a high quality file.  You can then print or send as evites.  If you want photos on your invitations you must supply them.

All design work must be approved and any changes made will be charged extra.
